For 23 years, I was trapped in chronic pain. Endometriosis, pelvic floor dysfunction, fibromyalgia, neuropathy, IBS, food sensitivities, anxiety, and vulvodynia, plus countless other symptoms that doctors couldn't explain so they just kept telling me to reduce my stress.
