For 23 years chronic pain was my whole life. Hundreds of doctor visits. Multiple diagnoses with no real answers. Every diet, every supplement, every expert who promised something different. Nothing worked. And the longer it went on the more I started to believe this was just my life now.

Then I discovered the mind-body approach and everything changed.

Not because I found the right treatment. But because I finally understood what was actually happening. My body wasn't broken. My nervous system had been stuck in survival mode for so long it didn't know how to feel safe anymore. And that changed everything about how I approached healing.
